A visit to the Harley Davidson Museum

Back in February, I had the opportunity to visit the Harley Davidson Museum.  It's a neat place with some beautiful bikes.  They had some neat movie bikes along with the story if how the employees bought the company back from AMF.  The tour is totally worth $20 and they have a great gift shop.
They have a restaurant onsite but due to time restrictions I didn't get to visit.
This is a picture of me in front of the Harley Museum.
A replica of the chopper from Easy Rider.
A replica of Evel Knieval's stunt bike.

Great article related to travelling!

This comes from Lifehacker.com.  It's a great article about what to do when you have a travel itch you can't scratch!

My childhood revisited!

I read io9.com on a daily basis.  This morning I discovered a gem coming out June 7th.  I don't think this is getting released as a movie on the big screen but it looks like fun.

New Electra Woman and Dyna Girl!

Go to the above link to see the trailer!

Back in the '70's, I loved The World of Sid and Marty Kroft.  EWDG was one of my favorite parts along with Dr. Shrinker and Wonderbug.  It was a good time to grow up.  They came on TV after the Superfriends.  I really hope this will be funny to watch and a nice homage to the original!

Villanova!

Although I went to the University of Georgia, this March, I will be rooting for Villanova.  Why?  How can I say such things as a member of the Bulldawg Nation?  It's easy.  The head coach at Villanova is Jay Wright!  He has the same name as me and how can I not root for him?

Go Wildcats Go!

In case you were wondering, they are my only team in my brackets that are where they are supposed to be.  I was pretty much busted out early except the Wildcats hung tough and are marching their way to victory!

Wisconsin is cold in winter!

I went to Wisconsin to work with a client.  To say I nearly froze to death would be an understatement.

This photo was taken on March 1st, 2016 in Elkhorn Wisconsin.  The day before it was nice and warm.  It snowed four inches overnight.  Did I enjoy it?  Nope.  I went a month prior and here is a picture of me standing on Lake Geneva:

Yeah, that was pretty cold too but it was pretty cool to be standing on a frozen lake.  Usually in the South where I am from, if you stand on a lake with ice covering it, you fall through and die.

The people there were great and I enjoyed the trip.  I don't know if I would vacation there but I can think of worse places I have been.
